She provides comprehensive counsel on multiple facets of emerging tech compliance, including biometric information compliance, children's privacy, and helping businesses navigate the complex requirements of collecting and processing sensitive information. Additionally, Larisa conducts risk assessments for companies leveraging AI technologies, offering practical solutions to mitigate risks.
Larisa prefers to counsel clients from a policy-forward perspective, going beyond simply interpreting legal text to explain the underlying purpose of the law and how regulators may approach enforcement. This holistic approach allows her to offer clients deeper insights into regulatory intent, helping them not only comply with current laws but also anticipate future priorities.

She frequently works with retailers, social media companies, highly regulated businesses, and celebrity clients, providing legal counsel on copyright issues, privacy, and social media use.
