About John
John focuses his practice on marketing and advertising issues and brings his experience from his time at the FTC to clients assisting with compliance review for social media campaigns, promotions, claim substantiation, and advertising related to the direct selling industry. John also counsels clients on important news and updates from the FTC, CFPB, and advertising class action litigation. He also keeps abreast of the ever-evolving state privacy requirements and advises clients on compliance with these new laws. John is currently focused on the Real Money Gaming sector reviewing ad content, gameplay, apps, licensure, T&Cs and other elements to ensure compliance for all 50 states and DC. John joined InfoLawGroup in April of 2022 from Kelley Drye’s Advertising Law Group.
