InfoLawGroup LLP continues to grow with the addition of Rosanne (Rosie) Yang who is joining the firm as Partner. Rosie brings over a decade of in-house experience from her role as VP and Chief Counsel, Intellectual Property and Regulatory at Ascena Retail Group, owner of widely recognized brands such as Ann Taylor, LOFT, and Lane Bryant, and until recently, Justice and Catherine’s. In this role, Rosie advised on 100s of advertising campaigns per year and oversaw the privacy compliance programs. She also brings deep experience in marketing to children, pricing, sales frequency regulations and intellectual property strategy. Rosie also practiced for several years at Baker & Hostetler LLP.

Rosie understands the importance of her clients’ operational procedures and challenges, and works closely with various members of clients’ teams to facilitate practical problem solving.
