Partner Dave Navetta and counsel Andrew Hoffman wrote an article and are quoted in another regarding the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals' Dec. 12 decision that the Stored Communications Act (SCA) did not protect a city employee from being fired based on the contents of her cell phone.
