David Navetta Weighs in on Recent SEC Breach

InfoLawGroup Partner, David Navetta, was recently quoted by Business Insider in an article concerning an emplolyee personal data breach of a subcontractor, of a service provider, of the SEC.  This story highlights the difficulties of outsourcing personal information data processing, and the risk that subcontractors of service providers often will be the entities actually processing data on behalf of a customer.
