In the past two weeks, two significant court decisions came down ruling on issues related to "commercially reasonable security."  Information security attorneys have been waiting a long time for courts to provide some guidance on this issue.  However, the PATCO court and the Comerica court actually came to different conclusions.  InfoLawGroup Founding Partner David Navetta has been talking to several news outlets concerning these important decisions.
