Foram joined InfoLawGroup in May 2022 from BakerHostetler LLP’s data privacy group. Foram’s practice focuses on counseling companies on product, business, and compliance strategies with complex and evolving U.S. state laws. She has significant experience working with internal stakeholders – marketing, HR, IT, and engineering teams – to operationalize privacy compliance at scale while meeting business objectives and protecting consumer privacy interests and is adept at translating complex legal requirements into concepts that can be understood and acted upon by business units. She advises on risk mitigation with use of consumer and employee data with loyalty programs, new product offerings, marketing initiatives, and use of emerging technologies (biometrics, AI, sensitive data).
