About DAVE
Dave Radmore joined ILG in 2022, bringing with him a decade of in-house experience. Dave counsels clients ranging from multi-national Fortune 500 firms to start-ups on California CPRA compliance as it relates to their employees and employment applicants. Dave also regularly negotiates services agreements for digital marketing and advertising, with experience in the unique issues faced by clients in closely regulated industries such as the alcoholic beverage industry and cannabis industry. As a privacy expert for a major California trade association, Dave has experience of advising an entire industry regarding obligations under the new California data privacy laws. He has traditional in-house experience of providing legal advice internally to an organization, and disseminating more general advice to the various small businesses that make up the trade association for whom he worked.
Dave has experience drafting and negotiating many software licensing and data licensing agreements, chiefly to set up business solutions for trade association members’ businesses. Dave frequently consulted on data sharing aspects included in IP licensing agreements between his trade association and third-party software platform providers. However, as a member of a small in-house counsel team, he worked on many other different types of contracts, including SaaS agreements, venue and event agreements for both in-person and virtual conferences.
