About Afam
Afam I. Okeke’s practice areas span data privacy & cybersecurity law, intellectual property law, and entertainment and sports law. He advises clients on mitigating risks from cutting-edge innovations, intellectual property protection and enforcement strategies. He helps clients establish robust cybersecurity and data governance programs. He regularly drafts and negotiates licensing agreements, SaaS, and joint venture agreements. He advises clients in a range of industries, including, technology, real estate, gaming, entertainment, retail, and finance sectors. Afam is particularly interested in data privacy and its intersection with new technologies. He is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the United States (CIPP/US).
